IVAN BECOMES PART OF THE ATHLEADZ FAMILY
Ivan Buntic joined us and brings a lot of experience to the table. The 28-year-old is currently lacing his basketball sneakers for the traditional team Uni Baskets Paderborn of the BARMER 2. Basketball Bundesliga ProA. It is now his 7th season in the second highest division of Germany. For the fifth year in a row he is now hunting baskets for Paderborn and one year each for the Kirchheim Knights and the Saar-Pfalz Braves (Homburg) in the past.
Ivan is a very versatile center with effective post-moves (2FGP: 55.4%). He is equipped with a good shooting hand, which is why you should not leave him unguarded outside the arc (3FGP: 33.3%). At the same time his great understanding of the game and passing ability helps him to make plays for his teammates (APG: 1.6) on a regular basis. These qualities combined with Ivan’s positive personality makes him a player who efficiently fulfills his role in each team. In the current season 2018-2019 he averages 6.9 PPG, 4.5 RPG and 1.6 APG in 18 minutes of playing time.
