JAN HEBER STAYS WITH BBL TEAM SCIENCE CITY JENA

 
The 19 years old Jan Heber is fresh out of school and decided to stay in his hometown Jena playing for the German easyCredit BBL team Science City Jena. He renewed his contract until 2021.
 
Last year Jan played for both teams of SCJ but mainly for the 2nd team in the Regio 1 South-East. In his 8 BBL games for Jena 1 he averaged 4.2 mpg, 0.2 ppg, 0.4 rpg and 0.8 apg. At Jena 2 he was one of the team leaders and contributed with 12.2 ppg, 3.5 rpg, 3.4 apg and 1.6 spg in 28 minutes of action.
 
In the upcoming year Jan will have the chance to extend his role with the BBL team. Jena’s coach Björn Harmsen is convinced that he’ll be able to be an important part of his team as well.
